Ross Bachelder... Here.
Author, artist and musician Ross Alan Bachelder has been active as a musician in Seacoast New Hampshire and Southern Maine— and elsewhere in northern New England—for more than 40 years. He’s performed solo recitals, played in musical theatre, and appeared at art exhibit openings, assisted living facilities and a wide range of special events as The Flute Guy.
He’s exhibited his drawings, paintings, found object assemblages and photographs in galleries in Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts. In 2016, Bachelder published his first book, Happy Dawg Walks The Sad Man: The Remarkably Varied Adventures of a Confirmed Arts Multiple. He’s now working on his second book—a collection of 12 short stories entitled Weird Anomalies: Tales Best Read in the Twilight Hours—scheduled for publication in 2019.
Bachelder travels frequently to perform as a musician, paint and photograph what he sees, then write and speak publicly about his longtime immersion in the Arts.
