The Garrison Players Art Center has been a staple venue in this area since 1953. They are a nonprofit, volunteer-based community theatre dedicated to enriching the cultural life of the area by presenting high-quality theatrical performances geared for family audiences, as well as youth classes, workshops and camps.
However, having to cancel their entire winter/spring performance season due to the COVID-19 pandemic, they, along with many other small businesses, have fallen on hard financial times. But unlike the reopening of retail businesses, they have many more restrictions to comply with, making it more difficult to resume in-person operations.
Therefore, being big fans of GPAC, we have started a fundraising campaign on their behalf. All proceeds go to GPAC.
